vopsele poliuretanice
Produsele poliuretanice Malchem, sunt produse bicomponente de foarte buna calitate, rezistente la agenti chimici si nu se degradeaza sub influenta razelor UV (expunere la soare). Vopselele poliuretanice confera un strat final usor de intretinut, pot fi mate sau lucioase si is pastreaza culoara pe perioada indelungata (nu se degradeaza sub influenta razelor UV, ca produsele epoxidice – efect de creta la suprafata). Produsele poliuretanice DTM pot fi aplicate ca un sistem de protectie format dintr-un singur strat, aplicat direct pe suprafete din otel, fier, aluminiu, si suprafete zincate. Emailurile poliuretanice sunt de cele mai multe ori folosite ca straturi finale, aplicate in sisteme multi strat epoxi-poliuretanice. Sistemele epoxidice sunt potrivite pentru toate categoriile de expuneri atmosferice (C2, C3, C4, C5-I, C5-M) mediu urban, industrial si marin.
Datorita rezistentei la factori chimici si actiuni mecanice, cat si datorita calitatilor de finisare, vopsele poliuretanice sunt folosite cu precadere pentru structuri si suprafete expuse la conditii atmosferice (la exterior), ca de exepmlu: structuri metalice, suprafete exterioare ale rezervoarelor, poduri, utilaje de transport, vagoane, cisterne, utilaje si echipamente agricole si pentru constructii etc.
